How to Skip, Reschedule, or Delay Orders

Manage your upcoming orders directly from your subscription portal.

To Skip an Order: 
1. Log in and go to "My Subscriptions." 
2. Click "View Details" on your subscription. 
3. Click "Skip Order" to skip the next scheduled delivery. 
4. To skip future orders, click "View Scheduled Orders".

To Reschedule: 
1. Log in and go to "My Subscriptions." 
2. Click "View Details" on your subscription. 
3. Click "Re-schedule" to change your next order date.
4. Want it sooner? Select "Order Now" to process immediately.

To Delay: 
1. Log in and go to "My Subscriptions." 
2. Click "View Details" on your subscription. 
3. Click "Delay" to postpone the charge date of your next order.
