How to Unsubscribe from Emails & SMS

Manage your communication preferences at any time.

To Unsubscribe from Promotional Emails:
1. Open the most recent promotional email from BB Company.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the email.
3. Click the "Unsubscribe" link.
4. Enter your email address and click "Unsubscribe."

⚠️ Important: Make sure to click "Unsubscribe" — clicking "Update your preferences" does not remove you from our marketing email list.

To Unsubscribe from SMS/Text Messages:
Reply with one of the following keywords to any text message from BB Company:
- STOP
- Quit
- End
- Cancel
- Unsubscribe
- Revoke
- Opt-out

You will receive a confirmation message once unsubscribed.
