Cashback: How It Works & Holding Period

What is Cashback?
Cashback gives you a percentage of your purchase back in the form of cash rewards.

Why is there a 60-day holding period?
To prevent fraud, there is a 60-day holding period before your Cashback becomes available. Once this period passes, you can use your Cashback!

You can track the countdown on your tracking link (sent via email). Once the countdown ends, your Cashback details will appear.

⚠️ Important: If you request a refund during the holding period, your Cashback will be suspended and you become ineligible.

Can Cashback be combined with BB Company Credits?
No, Cashback and loyalty reward credits cannot be combined. They are separate incentives:
- Cashback = percentage of purchase back as cash
- Loyalty Credits = earned through rewards program, redeemed for discounts

Both provide value, but they operate independently.
