Refund Process

How long will my refund take?

PayPal:
- Refunds are immediate and reflect in real-time
- PayPal eCheck may take 10+ business days to clear before refund can process

Credit/Debit Cards:
- 7–14 banking days depending on your card issuer
- Contact your bank if not reflected after 14 days

⚠️ Avoid Chargebacks:
We strongly recommend contacting us first before opening a chargeback. Chargebacks can delay your refund by up to 75 days while your bank investigates.

If you've already filed a chargeback and it was resolved in your favor, contact your bank for confirmation and your case number.
