Can I return or exchange a product bought in-store?
If you purchased from Vitamin Shoppe or another retail partner, you must follow their return and refund policies. Contact the retailer directly for assistance.

Can I return an online order to a retail store?
No. Online purchases from thebbco.com cannot be returned to physical retail stores. We also do not accept returns for online orders unless specifically requested.

Does the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee apply to in-store purchases?
No. Our Money-Back Guarantee applies only to purchases made directly on thebbco.com.
