If you notice a duplicate charge on your statement for a single order, don't be alarmed.
What's happening?
In most cases, the additional charge is an authorization hold placed by your bank or credit card provider — not an actual charge from BB Company. This is a precautionary measure by your financial institution, and we have no control over it.
Important to note:
- Authorization holds are typically released within 14 business days (some banks take longer)
- BB Company cannot see or access bank-imposed holds — they don't appear in our system
- Contact our support team to verify your order amount against funds we received
How to get a refund on authorization holds:
Contact your bank or credit card provider directly. If needed, tell them:
"The seller has confirmed that the duplicate charge is a bank-imposed authorization hold. The seller has no control over these holds and cannot see them in their system. Only the financial institution can refund it."
