Payment Method Updates

You can update your card details directly in your customer portal.

Can't find the payment update email?
If you're using Gmail, paste this into your search bar:
in:anywhere "Update your payment method for BB Company"

Gmail hides spam & trash emails from search by default — this query searches all folders.

For other email providers, manually check your spam/junk folder.

💡 Tip: Add thebbco.com to your whitelist and contacts to prevent future issues.

Trouble Updating Your Card?
Common reasons for update failures:

- Billing address mismatch — ensure it matches your card provider's records
- Insufficient funds or credit limit reached
- Bank blocking the transaction — contact them to whitelist our charges

For PayPal Payments:
Payment method changes must be made within your PayPal account settings.

⚠️ Note: In some cases, you may need to cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe with your updated payment method.
